If you ever had to drill into ceramic tiles or glass, you know how hard the material is to get through !! Over the years, I've learned that if you have a glass bit it makes the job a breeze for glass or ceramic, but with porcelain  is not quite that easy !! 1. If I had to start with my least favorite, I would start with the glass tile bit !! Not because it's the less efficient, but since the carbide setting is more fragile than on the other drill bits, when it overheat it tends to disintegrate faster !! 2. In second position I would put the carbide hole saw !! It's definitely a very efficient and solid drill bit, but it's a bit harder to rely on for accurate drilling, especially for inexperienced people since it tend to walk on hard surfaces like glass and porcelain !! If you ever had to do some upgrades on your house, you certainly know how frustrating it can be when the area that you're trying to fix is not square with the rest of your house or out level  !! I've had to deal with some crooked doorways in the past or with uneven walls and floors and let me tell you that the only way not to feel overwhelmed is to stay calm and tackle one area at a time the rest will all fall into place  !! I've had to fix a garage 5 years ago that was sitting on cinder blocks foundations, but they had been disturbed a lot by the frost over the seasons !! My guess at that time was that  this garage should have been built on concrete foundations instead and they could also have dug at least a couple feet deeper in the round so the change in seasons wouldn't have such an effect on the base walls !! That Trouble Mentioned on Fix Ya Web Site is not Common only to Bosch Sander !!! Milwaukee and Ridgid 1/4 Sheet Sanders are Also Experiencing the Same Exact Problem !!! I Thought I Would Add to that Topic by Saying that Most of the Major Tool Companies Tried to Come up with New Paper Loading Systems for their Sander (Supposedly Faster Loading)  in an Attempt to Rise their Sales !!  The Reality is that the Old Spring Load System is still Way More Efficient !! Dewalt Have Actually  Done their Homework, Because they've Kept that Same System for their Sander and they don't Ever Let the Sandpaper Slip Out !!  Too Bad for my Ridgid Sander, it only has a Spring Load at the Back and I Already had to get my Sander Serviced  Because that Front Clip System was Worn Out !! Luckily if you Buy a Ridgid Sander it will be Covered Under Lifetime Service Agreement !! A table saw is a very important tool to own if you are a professional woodworker, a serious DIY or just someone who likes to work around his house !! As a professional re-modeler I own a portable table saw, because I need to be able to carry it easily from a job to another and to set it up almost anywhere  !! Weather is not always on our side and it can definitely cause some damage to our house !! About a week ago I had to climb up on my roof to repair 6 full sheets of shingles because of wind damage !! Lately I've been working on some renovation projects that were involving paint and stain and I thought I would give some tips for the people who want to get some professional results !! I will give you guy's a concrete example of how you have to improvise when comes time to fix a little problem that comes along the way !! I had to install some 2" thick corner shelves in my baby's room and they are almost identical to the ones you can buy at IKEA !! Here's the hitch !! They where to go into a 12" wall offset and I couldn't get them to sit square, so I decided to use painted tape to avoid the edges from chipping and cut them on my 12" sliding miter saw !! Everything went well until I hit a staple and a chip the size of my small nail flew off the to edge of the shelve !! To fix the chip I had to first use Dex a pink type of filler that dries white when ready to sand the patch and also to put a small amount of primer on the repair to allow the new
