A table saw is a very important tool to own if you are a professional woodworker, a serious DIY or just someone who likes to work around his house !! As a professional re-modeler I own a portable table saw, because I need to be able to carry it easily from a job to another and to set it up almost anywhere  !! Theses particular tools have come a long way in the last few years and many name brand offers some lightweight, powerful and accurate models !! Some of theses saws have became insanely accurate !! For most people the price of the most important factor when comes time to purchase a tool of this importance, but I tend to remind any of you that table saw has to be accurate, safe, powerful and reliable !! Keeping in mind that you get what you pay for and that you would rather work with a safe and sturdy saw than to lose your fingers, it's definitely a good idea to pay a little extra knowing you'll get your money's worth !! Weather is not always on our side and it can definitely cause some damage to our house !! About a week ago I had to climb up on my roof to repair 6 full sheets of shingles because of wind damage !! We had some 100 km/h winds and it ripped a bunch of shingles off the upper portion of my front roof !!
